Craig is Head of Investment Management at Julius Baer in Guernsey and a member of the Branch Management Board. Prior to joining Julius Baer in early 2016, Craig spent eight years at Credit Suisse where he served on four different boards across the UK and Guernsey. For five of these years, Craig headed up the Investment Management business in the UK, Channel Islands and Gibraltar. Craig holds a First Class BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics and French from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Wealth Manager. Craig has been featured in the Citywire Top 100 for Wealth Management in every year from 2017 to 2023. He is an Authorised Financial Advisor of the Bank in Guernsey.

Derek is a portfolio manager with particular expertise in managing multi-asset class portfolios. He has many years of experience in the research and selection of third-party mutual funds across various sectors and asset classes. He joined Julius Baer in early 2016, having started his career back in 2002 at the Guernsey actuarial firm BWCI Group. In 2005, he moved to Credit Suisse and over an 11-year period worked in their Wealth Management Division in Guernsey, London, and Sydney, Australia. Derek became a CFA Charterholder in 2006; he holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from University College Cork, Ireland, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, Ireland.   He is an Authorised Financial Advisor of the Bank in Guernsey.

Sam is a portfolio manager at Julius Baer in Guernsey. He manages portfolios for a variety of clients including insurance companies, private clients, trusts, and pension funds. Prior to joining Julius Baer, Sam worked at Credit Suisse in London and then in Guernsey from 2004 to 2016, holding a variety of positions within Investment Banking and Wealth Management. Sam holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Mathematics from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI). He holds the CISI Diploma and is a CISI Chartered Wealth Manager.  He is an Authorised Financial Advisor of the Bank in Guernsey.
