On 28 February 2023, Julius Baer Group completed its share buy-back programme launched in March 2022. Under this programme, Julius Baer repurchased a total of 7,799,460 shares at an average price per share of CHF 51.29 for a total volume of CHF 400 million on a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The cancellation of shares bought back was executed effective 29 June 2023, resulting in the number of shares issued to decrease to 206,001,780.
